Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Electric U3V2BC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Superior parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Parker product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the TypeA06B0754B4003000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS451G9 manufactured by Superior and we are pleased to be able to service most Superior systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TQ10X by Manufacturer Parker as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lafert Brand ST80C4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as T56S1013A equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TT293603088BA made by Industrial-Drives as well as the popular SS50 original spares produced by Superior

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT29533104A by Industrial-Drives and T56S1013A spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ST90LS4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lafert.
